Chrysanthemum Tea

Chrysanthemum Tea

Have missed the Chrysanthemum Tea that I used to have regularly when I was living in Singapore. Brought some of the flowers back from my last trip home, so decided to have a few of the curry puffs with a nice pot of the flower tea this morning.

Shared it with my Italian teacher and she was quite won over by the lovely perfume of the flowers and the delicate taste of the tea.

Served it in my new teapot LOVE from Bormioli. Love it.

What a pretty-looking pot! :) And the photos of the curries made my mouth water! We´re not that big on curries, since my hubby is still getting more accustomed to curries. He had his first taste of curry that he liked and that is a miracle in itself. Anyways, love your blog! :) Need your advice. Have you ever had anonymous ppl commenting on yr blog? I´m facing this problem now and have resorted to moderating all my comments. Know any way if I can simply moderate "anonymous" comments? I´m quite clueless. Or any other brilliant ideas?

Eh Pris!

I've been meaning to tell you that I'm really impressed with how your cooking seems to have become so varied and interesting over the years. And I guess S's palate too :-).

Meanwhile, of course I have anon comments on my blog. I believe that you can simply choose to disallow anonymous aka non-Bloggers from commenting on your blog without resorting to exercising moderation. These people will have to set up a blogger account in order to comment on your blog. It wouldn't stop rubbish finally but the person will have to be really motivated to go thru all that just to leave rubbish on your blog.

I usually just let people say what they want (free world and all) and if it's really useless I'll just delete the comment lor.

Hey S.!Thanks for your compliment! You are my cooking role model hands down. Yr cooking is where I want my cooking to be in 10 years time. That´s how long you´ve been in Europe, haven´t you? Oh hah, I´ve started moderating my comments. Its not much added work and I get to see the comments and reply to them immediately. So its even better, since I don´t have sift thru my entries to see who has commented where. Enjoy yr weekend! Oh, take a look at the meme too!
