No-bake Mango Jelly Cheesecake on Matcha Sponge base

Had some mango puree left. And Philadelphia cream cheese. Also Matcha sponge cake. Decided to make a No-Bake Mango Jelly Cheesecake.

Kids are off school early today and I am still trying to figure out what in the fridge to liquidate first since we will be away the whole weekend. I have pork filet and I think that if I make it sweet and spicy it should go down quite well with Chinese steamed buns. So that's the kids' dinner settled. For Hub and myself, since I have fresh seafood, I'll make us Seafood Spaghetti.

Meanwhile, the main ring on the gas stove is no longer working. The geometra came with 3 catalogues yesterday and I have to choose a new stove from one of them. It's honestly not easy - because I know nothing about them. Anyway, this means that I wouldn't be able to do lunch or dinner parties for a while.
