Haunted House RideWe chose to attend the afternoon session of this year's Natale Bimbi as the Drivers had been scheduled to appear then. In fact, Ferrari was to participate in some telethon aired on Rai Uno at 2:30pm on Sunday afternoon and the children were to be part of the background while Domenicali, Massa and Kimi sat around, smiled and waved at the cameras.
Massa, Domenicali, KimiThis year's offering was magical and truly wonderful. A little Fun Fair with Haunted House ride, mini-roller coaster, mini-carousel, bouncing castle, mini-kart, free-flow popcorn, candy floss, pandoro, hot chocolate, rodeo on bull etc etc. Even I didn't know where to start, can you imagine how the children must have felt?

I think that Ferrari has outdone itself as the children really had a great time. I ate 3 cotton candies and 2 packets of popcorn not to forget 2 slices of pandoro. I also went on whatever rides I could go on hehe. But it was tiring running after the kids and queuing up with them.
Free-flow Popcorn and Cotton CandyWe met lots of people we knew, the Babies really liked their presents (a Fiat 500 racing track and a girl's Flik Flak watch) and everything would have been quite perfect - if Eldest Son had just listened to me and not bring along his Ferrari cap signed just the night before by Massa. Just about 20 minutes before we left, he lost it. Probably stolen. Never to be found again.
How stupid and careless could one be, right? He had this naive idea that if Massa were to see him with the signed cap, the driver would remember him etc. The guy has signed hundreds of thousands of caps, why would he remember a stupid boy like my son?
The Last time we saw the signed cap on his headI was furious. Once again he has demonstrated his naivety, stupidity, stubborness and carelessness. Un vrai petit con.
