Mantis Shrimp with Home-made Pasta

Messy-looking dish. Made with the odds and ends of my last pasta-making sessions. Mean-looking mantis shrimp, all shell and little meat. But do not judge a book by its cover as they say. Garlic, olive oil, white wine, dried Thai chillies, cherry tomatoes, fresh mantis shrimps and fresh pasta go towards making a decent Mantis Shrimp with Home-made Pasta. Wonderful way to get rid of more leftovers. Ate up every bit of it.
