Tofu on Pasta

Tofu on Pasta

Remember the juices from yesterday's Roast Duck? We don't waste if we can help it. I collected everything and put it in the fridge overnight. This afternoon, I took it out, removed and threw away the fat that has floated to the top and used what's left as a sauce for my fresh pasta (leftover from another meal). Fried some tofu and voilà Tofu on Pasta with Roast Duck sauce. Nice lunch, annulled the morning's effort at the gym though.
