Mixed Berries Tart

Easiest dessert to do on earth. Made one last evening for Baby Girl's birthday with the family.

Before baking

Just sweetcrust pastry, a packet of frozen or fresh mixed berries, a few teaspoonfuls of cane sugar or vanilla-ed white sugar and eventually bits of dough dispersed on top of the berries. 20 minutes in a hot 180-200°C oven. Serve hot with cream or vanilla ice cream.
