We had a smaller leg (Parma) that the Hub, MIL and the kids finished in less than 10 days.

But it is true that though the San Daniele is even better than the Parma, everyone seems to be getting quite sick of cured ham by now and this leg will probably take longer to finish. On the other hand, I should start to entertain again once the weather gets warmer so there should be enough help in finishing it.
